Knowing your resting metabolic rate and a few other things about your daily activities allows us to roughly predict your total energy expenditure in a day. You will receive an RMR report outlining your resting metabolic rate, calorie budget and recommended daily intake of macro- and micronutrients.
Note: If you choose to participate in our Core or Comprehensive programs or our nutritional services, you will also receive a CWMC® Personalized Food Guide which indicates in practical terms how much you should try to eat to maintain health and reduce your weight.

Weight control requires much more than simply "eating less" and/or "moving more". It also requires a commitment to solve problems and to identify and address those toxic thoughts that can otherwise sabotage your success. Our psychologists will help keep you accountable and support you through this process. They will assist you to decrease any fear of hunger and cravings, and help you increase your tolerance for these seemingly uncomfortable states. Studies have demonstrated that this is a key element for long term success.
